This is a benefit event. Project Book Babe is not affiliated with any publisher or business. The authors have donated their time and their books for this event, and friends of The Book Babe have donated their time, services, and resources. None of the participants are receiving any compensation from this event.

Tickets are only available at www.projectbookbabe.com. No phone orders or email orders will be accepted, no exceptions.

There are only about 800 tickets available, and once they are sold out,  no additional tickets will be created due to limited seating available at the venue.

Tickets are non-refundable, no exceptions.

Prices are for a single admission. There are no group discounts.

Marcos de Niza High School is merely the venue for the event, not a sponsor. Tickets will not be available on the premises. Please do not contact Marcos de Niza.

Purchase tickets for the event by going to the REGISTRATION page. DO NOT CLICK ON THE DONATE BUTTON TO PURCHASE EVENT REGISTRATION! The “DONATE” button is just to give a direct donation. Giving a donation does NOT reserve you a ticket.

When you purchase your ticket(s), a screen with a transaction ID from PayPal will appear; this will also be emailed to you. Print this page and bring it with you to the event along with photo identification. THIS IS YOUR PROOF OF PURCHASE, no exceptions.

The name at Will Call must match the photo ID of whoever is picking up the ticket(s). If you are purchasing a ticket but are not personally attending, the following steps need to be taken:

  • 1) Specify the name of whoever is picking up the ticket(s) in the comment field when registering. This will be the name at Will Call.
  • 2) That person will need the printed email and a photo ID in order to pick up the ticket(s).

You are purchasing a ticket in a section. This ticket guarantees an assigned section. Seating in the section is not assigned.

The member must be present at the event to receive any items that are included in the event registration.

Anyone who purchases a ticket is welcome to attend this event. Quantities of tickets are limited, so be sure that you have purchased a ticket and printed your receipt BEFORE you book any flights or hotels.

This is not a signing. No outside books will be allowed. Because of the nature of this event, time and space constraints, and the number of authors involved, the authors will be unable to sign private books. No books will be for sale. We feel it is important that everyone leave with something signed, so we are providing a signed paperback to every attendee.

Titles are not available by request. Because this is a benefit, the majority of the books are being donated, so titles will be given out at random and cannot be exchanged.

Raffle tickets will be available at the event FOR CASH ONLY. Tickets will be $1.00 each or 25 tickets for $20.00. Items include signed books from the participating authors, shirts from the event, and attendance to the invitation-only reception after the event (among other things…)

Local professional artists and illustrators will be onsite to do sketches by request for a minimum $5 donation (CASH ONLY).

There are no ATMs or debit/credit card machines at the event site.  If you wish to purchase raffle tickets or sketches please bring cash with you to the event.

You are welcome to bring a camera to the event.

If you are unable to attend Project Book Babe or would like to contribute to The Book Babe’s fight against breast cancer, please consider making a donation.

From all of us at Project Book Babe, thank you for your support of these great authors and our friend The Book Babe.
