Faith and the Project Book Babe team walked 60 miles last weekend for the Breast Cancer 3-Day benefiting Susan G. Komen for the cure. Read all about this amazing experience on Faith’s blog. The remaining books from last April’s Project Book Babe event (signed by Stephenie Meyer) are available on ebay for one week, starting today! All proceeds from the sale of these books will be donated to the Breast Cancer 3-Day benefiting Susan G. Komen for the Cure. Thanks for your support!

The online auction has been very successful, and as a result thousands of dollars of proceeds will be donated to Susan G. Komen. Thanks to everyone for your support! This week’s auction items ending on July 30 will be the last until the auction returns. Check back here for exciting books and items at future Project Book Babe auctions!

Project Book Babe is working on becoming a non-profit!

When this project started we were just a group of Faith’s friends who wanted to help her out. Because of the overwhelming response to the first event and because Faith would like to help other people with cancer in similar situations to hers, we have decided to take it to the next level and form a non-profit corporation. We are already working on another event (if everything works out right) which will hopefully become an annual event. So please check back in the fall for more information on the future of Project Book Babe.
